Organization invitations grant access to another person. Review the address, role, and any seat or subscription commitment before sending.
The procedures below are based on the current application source. A controlled invitation and acceptance flow has not been completed in the documentation demo.
Invite a member
- Open the organization Overview.
- Select Invite member if your account is permitted to do so.
- Enter the person’s Email.
- Choose the intended Role and available Subscription Plan or seat option.
- Review the recipient, access, and any displayed commitment, then select Send invitation.
The source applies extra subscription and seat conditions for some organization types. If the invitation control is missing or disabled, inspect the explanation rather than assuming a role change alone will fix it.
Choose a role carefully
The interface uses Champion, Admin, Member, and Viewer labels. Check the current descriptions before assigning one. In the inspected implementation, Admin cannot assign Champion or modify a Champion’s membership.
Avoid granting more access simply to make an invitation easier. See Roles and access for the distinctions between member management, agent administration, and billing.
Review pending invitations
Open the organization Invitations view. Authorized managers can use Resend invitation or Cancel invitation on a pending entry.
Check the address and current status before resending. A successful send request does not prove the invitation reached the recipient or that they accepted it.
Change a member’s role
The source’s member list uses a role dropdown that applies a change when selected; it does not rely on a separate Save button. Decide the intended role before choosing it.
The current user and higher-privilege members have additional restrictions. Do not infer that every row can be edited by every administrator.
Check the outcome
After an authorized change, confirm the displayed membership or invitation state. Have the person verify that they can open the intended work, without assuming organization membership grants every project or space permission.
